Custom Cantilever PVC Pergola with CNC Lattice Screen | Value Fencing Paarl

🌿 Architectural Elegance in Paarl: Custom PVC Cantilever Pergola with CNC-Cut Lattice Screen by Value Fencing®

The Pinnacle of Precision-Crafted Outdoor Living Solutions

🏗️ Project Showcase: Custom Engineered PVC Pergola with Lattice Top

Set against the scenic vineyards and estates of Paarl in the Cape Winelands, Value Fencing® was commissioned to design and install a modern, cantilevered pergola featuring a CNC-cut PVC lattice screen top for optimal airflow, partial shade, and architectural beauty. This installation redefines outdoor living-offering a timeless aesthetic with zero maintenance.

Unlike traditional timber pergolas that fade, rot, or warp in the sun, our pergola structure is crafted from ASTM F964-certified virgin uPVC engineered to withstand the harshest conditions without peeling, rusting, or requiring upkeep.

📐 Design Details & Engineering Innovation

This floating, overhang-style pergola (cantilevered) stands as a testament to modern outdoor architecture, incorporating:

• Cantilevered PVC Beams with no visible supports on one side for a clean, suspended look
• CNC Precision-Cut Lattice Panels offering partial shade and a designer aesthetic
• Steel-Reinforced, Concrete-Filled Posts for permanent structural integrity
• Fully Machine-Mitered & Welded Joints for superior strength and appearance
• Modular Top Panels for future customisation or cleaning access

Every component was designed, precision-cut, and installed by the Value Fencing Cape Winelands team, ensuring millimetre accuracy and long-lasting elegance.

🌞 Why PVC? And Why Value Fencing Paarl?

Not all PVC is created equal. Our pergola system is fabricated using only virgin, UV-resistant uPVC with a high-grade DuPont TiO₂ non-chalking formulation. What does that mean for you?

✅ Will never peel, rot, crack, or warp

✅ Completely maintenance-free - no painting, no staining

✅ Safe for coastal or high-UV exposure areas

✅ Resists insect, water, and mold damage

✅ Architect & Estate Manager approved across SA

✅ Easily painted in any colour using acrylic roof paint (no primer required)

Our pergolas are SANS 10400 compliant and meet the rigorous demands of both South African Building Regulations and international ASTM F964 standards-a true structural solution, not just a decorative feature.
